How long can I borrow the money for?
With our property finance solutions you can typically borrow for up to 24 months. If you are looking for a business loan you can borrow for up to 5 years, although the loan term differs for other corporate finance solutions.
What’s the maximum amount I can borrow?
When enquiring about a short term property loan, the amount of money you can borrow is dependent on the property value. You can borrow up to 80% of the property value.
